Vallisneria, often called \”Vals,\” is a graceful aquatic plant known for its long, ribbon-like leaves that sway gently in the water. Its fast-growing nature and tall, slender leaves make it an ideal background plant for adding depth and movement to any aquarium.

Vallisneria thrives in a temperature range of 68-82°F and can adapt to a wide range of lighting conditions, from low to high. It is relatively low-maintenance and does not require CO2 supplementation, making it suitable for beginners and low-tech tanks.
